ABOUT US
We are a centrally located Judo Club, promoting fitness, health and discipline through the Olympic sport of JUDO.
Head instructor Aaron Pfeffer was a former National team member, and the 2006 Senior Canadian Champion. Aaron is a 3rd degree black belt, a certified NCCP Level 2 Coach with 30 years of experience in Judo, and was coached by Olympic Bronze Medalist, Mark Berger.

ABOUT JUDO
Meaning "Gentle Way", Judo is a grappling Martial Art, and has been an Olympic sport since 1964. Created in Japan by Jigoro Kano in 1882, Judo now has over 20,000,000 individuals practicing today, making it the 2nd most popular sport worldwide behind soccer!

KIDS Tuesdays & Thursday’s 6:00pm - 7:30pm.
Ages 8 and Up
ADULTS Tuesdays & Thursdays
7:45pm - 9:15pm
